Belinda Stephens Hodges, MD
Belinda Stephens Hodges, MD is a pediatrician with The Southeast Permanente Medical Group. She currently serves as Physician Lead of Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente’s Henry, Fayette, and Newnan offices. Belinda is also an Adjunct Professor at Morehouse School of Medicine and enjoys teaching second year medical students the fundamentals of caring for pediatric patients in a community setting. She loves traveling and spending time with family. Belinda has one son who is a freshman at Morehouse.

Why is it important to give back to Spelman?
It important for every woman to give back to Spelman every year to ensure Spelman’s legacy of excellence and commitment to changing the world lives on. Giving back will ensure our institution remains fiscally sound and Undaunted!
What words of encouragement do you have to inspire our classmates to support our Beloved Spelman College?
Class of 1993 lets show why we are the BEST class ever by exceeding previous records for the highest class participation! Let’s reflect on our time at Spelman and show our love for all she has taught us by coming together and giving back just a small portion of what she gas given to us.
Can you share a special memory from your college years?
I have many special memories of my time at Spelman, but one my fondest memories are from the “dorm wars” of Freshman week. MH Phi Beta!!!
How has Spelman College impacted your life?
Spelman empowered me as a young woman and instilled in me a sense of self awareness and purpose that shaped my life and remains with me today.
Will you be attending our 30-year reunion?
I will definitely attend our 30 year reunion and can’t wait to see my fellow Sisters of the Class of 1993!
